We're writing to let you know about scheduled maintenance work on the indicated nodes.

This will affect the automatic (system) backups currently stored for it.

As part of this improvement, all existing automatic system backups on this node will be DELETED on Monday, 13 July 2026.

Your manual (user) backups will NOT be deleted.

UPDATE: System backups are unfortunately disabled for an unspecified amount of time. We'll give you an update when further information is provided. We apologize for the inconvenience. As far as we're aware backups are not automatically being taken for any servers but some may still be automatically done.

UPDATE 2: We are glad to share the good news that system backups are now back to full operation. However, we are still performing some backend maintenance on the following nodes; electricity, gemini, jade, clyra, ironclaw, samlor. This maintenance does not affect the ability for the system to make backups. We will keep monitoring the situation and provide an update soon.
